Most AA pilots don't give a rats *** about regional pilots situations. I am concerned as if the philosophies I read about here are brought to the mainline level, it will be that level that screws itself then just like this level does now.
In fact, if you're coming to AA in the next few years, you're in for a rude awakening if you'll be very junior come time for section 6 in 2019. Ironically, it's guys like you who will then be screaming on these forums and elsewhere the loudest when the majority are willing to erode your job security or compensation path for their own extra pay increase.
