I think an FA was messing with you. There is no reason the company would give them that big of a pay bump. I hope they do get it so we can show the NMB that Delta is capable of giving double digit pay raises.

- Profit sharing adjustmen: 20% trigger moves from $2.5B in pre-tax profit to the prior year's level of pre-tax profit
- Additional 1% 401K match
