How about long call reserve?

Some hotel consideration with a more reasonable van transportation time? Say no transportation of more than 15 miles, unless required to meet CBA language.

Don't forget to look into getting rid of the ridiculously unsafe back side of the clock trips. Flip the sleep cycle over and over again until you've lost between 8 to 12 hrs of sleep, in a single 4 day pairing.

No red eye + 1, or 1 + red eye's. Call it what you will, it's a fatigue induced schedule.

How about a 12 yr instead of 15. 4 yr lifespan instead of five?

Don't leave all this for another contract.

* as long as the per duty period min is 4.5/day you will continue to see 18 hr 4-days. We need to up the mins

* red eye+1? We already have good language on that, it's just not enforced.

* hotel van rides are a problem. You've got the keep me close to the airport crowd vs the there's nothing to do in LBE, so drive me 6hours to downtown CLE crowd. You're going to **** people off either way so why spend negotiating capital?

* 4 vs 5 years: we are going 4 years past amendable either way, so do you want a 4 on 4 off cycle or a 5 on 4 off cycle?
