Your comment quoted above might have been rhetorical, but the language states,
Pilot and non-pilot employees of the Company generally, except for management employees....
My opinion. I interpret the word "generally" to mean they don't need "permission" from the "non-unionized" pilot groups. Again, just my opinion and non-legal trained, no legal experience, legal interpretation.
