The lack of acceptable premium pay is a problem. 125% for working on a day off is not worth it for the majority of pilots. Critical pay was a great thing, not any more.
Many people would accept trading 125% SDO and 150% critical for 150% SDO along with a 4-hour no strings attached min day. If that was done and SAP trades approved quickly again, people would start recommending this place and staffing would not be an issue.
