I'm not understanding how this would prevent any 767 Pilot coming off seatlock from bidding the 74? Sure your going to be based in ANC initially, but as soon as a new alignment comes out, probably before you even get out of training, your going to be able to hold almost any base in the lower 48. So why would this prevent a 767 Pilot from bidding the 747? If they are afraid of the ANC base, they really lack an understanding of how bases are awarded.
