Quote: As someone who has flown under FAR 91, 135 and FAR 121 followed by several stints overseas at what would be considered a "FAR 121 Equivalent, " I was told that this time would not count towards meeting any requirements that specifically requires experience under those parts. A foreign registered airline even when given approval to fly in/out of the States does not qualify under any of those parts. However, if as you say your current company is a FAA part 91 certificated company flying N-registered aircraft, then the part 91 time should not be an issue.
Yes it is 91 certified, and is not a N-registered aircraft, I thought I could use the 91 FAA certification as crew member airline experience from part 91.1053 (a)(2) (i).
