It certainly is becoming more common and is unacceptable. Though id bet 90% of their time is spent dealing with pilots that have been paid correctly but don't know the contract and how they are supposed to be paid
Partly because it takes a special kind of genius to decipher the pay report unaudited vs audited versions. I'm certainly not smart enough.
