From page 13-7 of our contract:
A list of pilots eligible to bid in each domicile (Bid Eligibility List).
i. An initial Bid Eligibility List is published with the bidding information. However, it is not final until 1200 PHX on the 16th day of the month. Updates to the Bid Eligibility List will be posted on the Pilot Lounge.

The updated seniority list doesn't account for people on leaves of absences or other reasons they won't bid for the month, but the roster does. Oh and updates? Haven't seen any updates since about 3 weeks ago even though I know there have been some. Or maybe I'm reading it wrong and should just shut up and color.
