What do you consider inexperienced? I assume you believe everybody coming here has no prior experience. All the DHL, Evergreen, Aloha, Regional etc. guys and gals are going to be inexperienced are arrogant Captains? Don't buy a ticket on Delta, United, or American. That is where you get the inexperienced crews, not here. (Half of all their lifts in the U.S. are regional pilots). And I'm not putting the regional guys and guys down at all, we all have to start somewhere. I'm just pointing a fact out. Take Amtrack, it's only 7 times more unsafe then the airlines and will take ten times as long.
