Sure just on base salary, but even years 8 and 9 on the 18-day in sub 40k can break 100k with some holidays and general overtime sprinkled in (no extended days). Should it be more, oh hell yes, but for the original quote to say that topped out FOs are working 18 days/monthe for 80k is disingenuous.
