I think the 3 day meeting coming up is just a formality to work out minor details, they probably have a TA ready to be drafted. We need it, the company needs it and the stock needs it. I'm optimistic that it's going to be a decent deal, in other words "an offer we can't refuse" (the don)....Just speculation thats all.
