You are including a retention bonus which goes away after 3-4 years I believe and forgetting that their pay scale tops out at $37/hr at year 4. Also keep in mind that bonus is taxed at close to 50%. Not to mention several other draw backs to working for a regional airline.

They are not even in the same ball park as Miami Air.

I doubt I am one of the chosen, I bid stand by and get the luck of the draw. But I have had some amazing layovers in Ireland, Greece, Bulgaria, Spain and Germany. Plus spent 2 months in the Netherlands in which I was able to bring my significant other with me. I don't think I would have been able to do that at Endeavor.
