Walk all over whom? Yes, they have little man syndrome. Management thinks they need to be tough at the table just to prove they are a big, bad, serious airline to the pilot group. They have huge egos in that they think they don't need to change how they're running things because they know best. Meanwhile, every other regional is adjusting to the changing market.
