There are only five guys here that I seriously worried about their competence and was worried about getting violated to the point I refuse to fly with them. Three of them are CQFOs, including one who was the worst. All three of the CQFOs had the common trait that they knew it all when it comes to flying jets, Trans States has no idea what they are doing, and wanted to do their own thing in regard to the SOP.
