Yep! From the Sept 18 Update, "Your negotiators will continue to bargain for improvements until we and our professional ALPA negotiators feel there are no further gains available. Notice that they don't even claim to be attempting to achieve survey goals, which relieves them of the task of claiming the achieved said goals. They stated that they will negotiate until they FEEL no further gains are available.
