Please don't get me wrong, I fault no man/woman for doing what is in their best interest. And I don't disagree with the premise of the quote above. I'd just like to know how bad the bleeding is because it seems like a training contract is going to have a very real set of negative consequences in its own right.
I heard the training contract is being implemented for the December 2015 class. 2 years 24K prorated. We will have to see if it really happens. They said there was a training contract on my interview early 15 but that was the last we ever heard about it.
