For current Spirit pilots:

this is probably already somewhere in the forum but going through 1400 pages is a bit of a task.

I am extremely interested in coming to Spirit. I'm currently an FO at a regional with about 2800 hrs of TT and 31 years of age. If I were to send in an application online, what are my chances of possibly getting a call? I think 4000hrs TT is a hard number, but has any one been considered with any thing less? How junior is DTW and what are the chances of holding DTW as a base out of training? How long does a new hire expect to be on reserve? I'm looking for guidance and advice for coming to Spirit. If hired, I'll retire at Spirit.
