More or less. The PS trade was very murky because it gave the company a new PS formula that backed out management's stock and bonus pay (with NO CAP) prior to calculating the pot. It was impossible to determine how it would be implemented.
There were also many other concessions, including scope and sick leave...and laughably inadequate perdiem, DC, and vacation improvements.
It sure seems like management teams are getting together to bend us over.
Maybe SWAPA and DALPA should conduct a summit, to compare notes and lessons learned.
