He's actually Steve C. and used to work at ABX (now UPS). Happens to be good friends with the ABX DC9 program manager. Like many of us, he detests the ABX management but manages to manifest his resentments toward the pilots so he can make himself feel better. I don't mind, I actually enjoy the humor.
