^^^ this guy gets it. Unfortunately this is a function of spirit being such a dumpy airline for so long that people just expect poor compensation. Many of the old guard don't even know what the other carriers are getting paid these days. I fly with them I know. Hopefully the bottom 900 of the seniority list know what type of compensation is normal. This isn't Ned's DC9 casino charter anymore.
