I'm middle of the list and in the last year I have moved less than 300 numbers. Most of the 30-40/month we are loosing are from training.
SkyWest has lost about 350 pilots YTD. I am close to the middle and there has been about 150 or so ahead of me. So we are losing more from the bottom than the top. We were losing a bunch from training, but that has slowed down over the last month or two. YTD we are about 16% from training (57)
