I went to the roadshow, drank the kool aid, heard their side of the story, looked at everything from an opened mind, believed them that the company cannot pay us any more than they offered, agreed that this may be the best we can get, and I just voted NO on it.
**** poor language, and allows the company to have more control, no thank you.
