Blue, you might already knows this but the min age for the ATP-R is 21 to my understanding. (Given that you have full ATP hour mins) You can be hired, take your ATP checkride, and fly the line with an ATP-R. Then when you hit age 23, just take your ATP checkride 8710 and your IDs to the FSDO and get the "R" limitation removed. Might be a moot point for you but thought I would share in case it helps.
I was under the assumption that I would have had to go to a part141 accredited school to qualify for the restricted mins (like ERAU)? Is that not the case? Maybe I need to get my resume in ASAP.... I know a guy whose willing to split the referral fee with me if I apply through him. Was really having trouble deciding on a regional but I guess my mind is made now
