I would say getting new hires in would help senior CAs and FOs. It will help upgrade more FOs which in turn help CAs (especially the ones who have been on reserve for too many years and the ones who used to hold line but now are back on reserve). Plus by the time these new hires get enough time to move on to JetBlue, those more senior pilots should have moved on by then...
