Where the heck is Skywest getting all these pilots to fly those planes? I would have thought the supply would have run out by now. I sometimes want to believe there is a "shortage" of pilots, but really it's just a shortage of pay and compensation. I guess the post card with a lanyard helped a few hundred make the tough decision . We've been hearing about "pilot shortage" for decades!
