Using data already computed for an intersection takeoff when you end up getting full length on the same runway is okay.

If you have data for a 9k runway and end up on a totally different runway (even a parallel) that's longer, the original data is not valid. Each runway is computed based on its unique specifics (obstacles, slope, terrain, etc). Each set of data is specific to that takeoff.
