To keep them non Union. But hey, they don't get 4 weeks of vacation with trip touch, 12% company contribution, unlimited sick calls, paid fatigue calls (not out of your sick bank), unlimited commuter drops, 25% premiums for health care, LTD to age 65, and good work rules.
In other words, they give them uninformed pilots just enough to pacify them. Anyway, we don't need to be non-Union in order to merge. Not that that's going to happen.
