That's a fair question...and if the company were smart, they would up the value of FO pay to sway more yes voters in the next contract. And there is likely a $ amount for the top CA yes voters too. If scope wasn't on the table last contract, or the previous one, I wouldn't expect to see it on the next one...even with what outcome QX and E175 flying produces.
