This won't produce the first gateway 7 pilot until 2020. Keep in mind the industry is going to be a lot different at that time. Any current Jetblue pilot will be at a major if they choose to go. I know a lot of people are happy at JB and aren't planning to leave. But there's a percentage of the pilot group that would jump. Most regionals at that time will have guys on a flow path, so this only makes sense.

Hire guys with thousands of hours of experience...
