The good thing about Jim Neff is that he makes money, so if he can find a market you guys will be flying.

That whole leasing company thing for a domestic carrier gives me deep concern. How's it working out? What are the daily pay rates? When you hire in are you stuck at the rate you contracted for? Are you out for 20 or 16? What is the average monthly rate that you are seeing or can expect? How are upgrades handled? What about bidding, is it just time off or destination as well? Longevity raises? Merit promotions, how is that handled and determined? What happens after two years? With right to work in FL are people being terminated for any reason at all?
I was told no seniority. Daily rate. Guarantee 16 days. Anything over 20 is 1.5x daily rate. You can refuse at 20,,,

A little surprised the FAA isn't raising an eyebrow at pilots not being employees of the airline (operational control). And how would the industry be if this starts to take hold?

I got anxiety about the setup and didn't go through with it. At least not yet. Getting furloughed soon.
