Like they're gonna hire a 2, 000hr pilot with A degree versus someone with 10, 000 hours with NO degree
And when I'm 40, I should have around 20, 000 hours btw....

Having a degree doesn't make you a better pilot but more marketable to the majors for sure.
Funny story I was told the other day....A mutual famly friend was at an interview at National Airlines way back when with a group of 3 other guys. Our friend had about 4,000 hours with a 4 year degree and another guy in the group had a two year degree and over 12,000 hours. The 12,000 hour guy was the only one not hired out of the group. Everyone's guess was because he didn't have a 4 year degree. But you sound like you're on your way with it so no worries, eh!
