I think getting a quote for a Surface 3 with LTE would be difficult at the moment. Though the LTE on XJT tablets isn't enabled yet.

But given that it costs 599 in the market plus taxes, I should say after a month of use you will see it in the market for $400-450 for a Surface LTE and a Surface 3 for 300-350 and then just keeps going down from there.
