No. A classmate of mine was previously a loadmaster and a dispatcher. Got hired as a pilot after going to the regionals. I can't think of any loadmasters who've been hired straight into a flying job.
You wouldn't want to be a loadmaster, anyway - those guys get used and abused. It's standard to have loadmasters or PSRs who hadn't been off the jet in days on the pax 767s. They "bathe" by using the lav sinks or, when they're really lucky, using the potable water drain under the tail.
