Not minimizing as they didn't say anything about the individuals service. This was a pathetic attempt to cover for management by comparing piddly little PSA, with a few thousand employees across all departments, to the USMC with just under 200,000. The failures of communication and problems that exist are no where near comparable. This was 100% in managements hands. They however, don't give two turds about their employees. We are a means to stock dividends and annual bonuses, that's it.
He had a valid point. I'm making sure it gets out today. My point was it was an oversight. No one was hiding anything. It was posted on the employee website but it certainly should have been in an email to all employees.
