Looking for some honest info, no trolls please.

Have calls from Envoy, Compass, Express Jet, Silver, GoJet to interview. Also one with Mountain Air Cargo.

I need to get some recency of 121 so I can be more competitive with majors. Been inactive from flying, other than some 91 stuff, for the better part of 2 years.

I would like your thoughts on which regional to go with or should I look seriously at MAC. Thanks in advance.
