No big changes, except that attrition is getting worse with a bunch of people leaving SAI, going to Western Global. Why? Probably because it's worse at SAI, as there is no upward movement, there are no contracts other than DHL, and a number of other issues - like Florida West. Says a mouthful about the current management at SAI, which is being seen as worse than when the Neff's owned it.
How does changes in HR affect anything? Problems are much higher than that.
