I like how so many think it took 4 years to negotiate this TA. It took 1 week! That's when the company for some unknown reason threw their best and final offer on the table. Guess what, we took it!! Someone, something, a higher power perhaps, said get it done. Up until then the company was shadow boxing with a rope-a-dope training partner.
