I just did the math for each band/year. FO rates aren't bad but the captain rates are pathetic at the top end. Also, what gets you into the new top band? We've been in band 4 for a while so I'm guessing they are going to raise the bar for band 3. This is because Mgmt would rather you just quit/leave at 5 yrs that way they can use shiny planes, decent fo pay, and quick upgrade to attract new sukkas.
