As a comparison, I'd like to point out that Hooters will hire only young women with big knockers. They were sued at one time for this allegedly discriminatory practice, but they prevailed. Hooters is a private corporation and its business model is based on this. It was not "discriminating" against a "protected class" of people. I know I will never get hired there and if I sued, I would get nowhere. But I digress. That is another story for another time with lots of wine and ice cream.
