That seems to be a dangerous bet for the company to count on always being able to put fresh meat in the seat. Other airlines seem genuinely concerned about a steady flow of pilots. The big wave of hiring has barely begun and it will be ugly the next 10 to 15 years. Discouraging longevity seems risky in this environment. I think it's going to blow up in their face.
