It seems that somewhere around 30 percent of new hires are from Republic. If the TA that RAH has recently achieved has decent language and the same signing and retention bonuses for current RAH pilots as the LBFO, that source may be about to run dry.

Just for example a senior RAH FO (generally the target of Allegiant's recruiting efforts) would be turning down a $21,000 bonus (provided he or she stayed at RAH for a year after signing) and $10K more per year in regular pay.

I think that a lot of people will find it hard to walk away from that to go to Allegiant.
