I see no way we get profit sharing, stock options or free Spirit handbags. That door was closed with the last contract and it ain't coming back. We better concentrate on keeping our work rules, getting paid more and having more contributed towards our retirement. Anything else is wishful thinking, this is a job, plain and simple, not a culture or something like that. We're not going to get cutsie commercials, or stories on the news about some little boy waving to our planes or crap like that.
