I absolutely believe that smoking is bad for you. That's why I don't smoke. However, I only take issue with the government interfering to the point that you try to protect against stupidity. I was in preventative medicine. LOL at banana peels. Sorry but that's hilarious. I see your point but to me it's more than a liberty issue because it creates a huge problem for more people than just the one smoking. That's my main issue. This topic has been done to death so I'll just wave my white flag once again and observe.
