Actually I am very familiar with TA9 and it's Bloch's interpretation of the TA. He clearly states that there is no Third List. Again, if there is a Third List, please post it here. I would love to see it.
I don't have the language available to me right now. Just going off what my merger committee is telling me. Of course you guys don't recognize that we ever merged so doesn't surprise me you don't recognize that the ta required all pilots hired after our merger be junior. Go read freunds cross of your "third lister" (pages 419-431) to grab a clue where that argument will end up.
