You mean that universe??? The west pilots on the east list with captains positions on the 190 or fo positions on the 330 making thousands more than their senior West pilots you mean that universe?

There are less than 20 "third list" pilots on the West (16?). They started in a class at the "NEW" USAir and as bases and equipment were doled out, either by choice or by lack of sufficient seniority, they are now based in PHX. Using your logic, the members of the class that are in PHX should be THOUSANDS of numbers junior to members of the SAME class that ended up in East bases because they now have different career expectations?
