I found it to be somewhat concerning that they have apparently "suspended" pilot hiring. Impact of negotiations, or maybe they are just to busy? Still think they are a viable option, but this behavior is something you have to account for.

I believe the hold-up now is the lack of sim time for new hires. Flight safety was barely able to handle the recurrents, and now the added load of new hires has pushed them over the edge.
Give the a month or two, and you'll see some more hiring.
