I don't have a dog in this fight, at least not yet. Take it from a regional driver that does 4 hour long legs in an RJ, scope is something you can never get back.

Having also gone through negotiations recently, fear seems to be the omnipotent motivator to vote yes. I'm finding it interesting that "what happens after a no vote" armageddon predictions also seem to be ubiquitous in this industry.
