I suppose they could give you vacation on days you don't want. But there is no denying that we will have more control over our VTOs. We are 50% of the SLWG and if we don't like the results our MEC can say no.
So, I am better off not having vacation in December and hip pocket 12 days(72 hrs) and play the trump card when I get a VTO line. Christmas off. Perfect
