Nope. That was an MEC cadre from the past. That disease though continued on with new names like "Team Tony", etc., and in fact still exists today. No one has tried to correct the disease or even at least mitigate its symptoms. In fact, there is a perfect example of one of its symptoms right here on this forum manifesting itself almost daily.

That is in fact, exactly why you are where you are.......that being, a very sick patient with a multitude of unpleasant symptoms wondering why he is sick and why he never seems to get better.
